Urban Energy is a subsidiary trademark of Urban Clean Enterprises. Users are not permitted to duplicate, reproduce, copy, publish, distort, distribute or modify the Urban Energy trademark without written permission, this includes electronic data and websites.

‘Your information’ is defined as any data that you provide to Urban Energy inclusive of information submitted to the website. By submission the user grants non-exclusive ownership of data to Urban Energy.

The user agrees to incur any financial costs when submitting any claim, demand, action or proceeding and at the users cost permit Urban Energy to hold harmless its officers, directors, licensees, agents, affiliates and distributors.
